    2014 $50 Budget Menu Plan Week #22: Happy Memorial Day! This weeks menu plan is relatively simple for less time in the kitchen and more time for family and friends.

    This week we purchased the following: Fresh Strawberries, apples, Raspberries, plain greek yogurt, yeast, Flour (White/Wheat/Pastry), 5 cans of tuna, bell peppers, Vinegar

    From our Backyard: Fresh Eggs (Getting nearly 3 dozen per day)

    From our Windowsill/ Garden: Lettuce, Chives, Scallions, Fresh Herbs (Cilantro, Parsley, Rosemary,
    dill, oregano, basil), Spinach, beet greens, baby carrots, onions (grown from scraps), green beans, Cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, Tomatoes,

    Total spent this week on groceries $26.32

    Breakfast Options for this week: (Fresh Fruit Choices, Apples, Raspberries, strawberries)
