1 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
4-6 large pork chops
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients (except the pork) and whisk well until fully incorporated. Place the pork chops in a gallon size ziplock-style bag and pour the marinade over the top.
Seal closed, removing as much air as possible. If you'd like to make this recipe ahead of time, it can now be frozen until a later date, otherwise, place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
To Enjoy, remove from the fridge and grill the meat on a preheated (aka HOT!!) grill.
Alternatively, they can be baked in a shallow pan for 20-25 minutes at 375F
This tastes great with grilled taters or rosemary roasted potatoes, etc.
