1 spice or Carrot cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup chopped pecans (Or Walnuts!)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine
In a small bowl combine the chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until well mixed.
Sprinkle the spiced chopped apples over the cake batter in the pan.
Top with coarsely chopped pecans.
Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the entire top of the dish, using the entire contents of the can.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
