A few things I'd like to share: My heart goes out to those that still have snow on the ground where they live. I lived in New England for over 25 years, but having lived in a warmer climate for the last several years, I often forget that not everyone uses their grills year round. I love to make shish kebabs- you simply take chunks of chicken, beef or pork and marinate them in Italian dressing. Then thread them onto kebab sticks (that have been soaked for 10 minutes!), adding chunks of onion, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, green pepper, etc. Grill them for 5 minutes, turn them over and grill another 3-5 minutes.
