A refreshing fruit salad of fresh cantaloupe, honeydew and strawberries with a hint of citrus. This delicious combination creates a perfect breakfast or a light lunch.
You’ll Need
- 1 cup lemon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups honeydew melon balls
- 2 cups cantaloupe chunks (bite size)
- 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
Whisk the yogurt, honey and lemon juice until smooth, pour over the fruit and gently fold to coat. Top with a few walnuts if desired.
Yum!
Sprinkle in a few walnuts, pecans or chopped almonds for variation and protein!
