Incorporate fresh fruits and berries into your diet with these effortless parfaits! Spend just a few minutes each week cutting up fresh fruits and layer them into containers with your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt.

This is a great way to use slightly bruised fruit and the combination choices are endless. They make perfect make-ahead snacks, or breakfasts & if you use the 1 c. gladware containers these become instant do it yourself 100 calorie snack parfaits.

Here are a few of our favorites:

  • Strawberries
  • Cantaloupe
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Banana Slices (these will brown if made ahead of time. Dip the slices into a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning if you plan on making them ahead of time.)
  • Chopped Nuts (will increase the calorie count though!)
