This is one of my favorite ways to use up leftover ham, it’s also a great dish for premeditated leftovers.
1- 1# Box Elbow Macaroni
1 – 8ox pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Broccoli, (steamed) We use the veggie steamer bags from ziploc
2 c. diced ham
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, drain and rinse. Add Cheddar cheese, mix well until cheese is melted and fully incorporated. Add steamed broccoli and diced ham. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
You can add diced bread on top prior to cooking, or sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
