Grilled Honey chipotle shrimp are delectable little morsels that will melt in your mouth.
1 pound of Shrimp
* 2/3 cup honey
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 1 tablespoon white vinegar
* 2 teaspoons McCormick chipotle chile pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
soak the skewers in water (to prevent them from burning on the grill). While they are soaking, make your sauce.
Combine honey, water, ketchup, vinegar, chipotle pepper and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will reduce the sauce and it will become thicker.
Skewer the shrimp onto the skewer sticks and coat liberally in honey chipotle sauce. Grill for 2 minutes on each side, serve with additional sauce for dipping.
