Deliciously seasoned grilled chicken with fresh salsa thrown together in just a few minutes time.

* 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, (Rib Meat intact)
* 4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
* 1 cup salsa
* 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

Lightly brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, season well with Taco seasoning. Grill over medium heat flip only once. Spoon Fresh salsa over the top of each grilled breast, sprinkle lightly with shredded cheese. Transfer to plate add a dollup of sour cream and serve with a side salad or mexican rice. If you have just a touch of chopped fresh cilantro- it adds a nice zip!

Optional Oven Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) Very lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts and place in the prepared dish. Pour Salsa over the breasts.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven long enough to melt it, about 3 minutes.

Top with sour cream if desired, and serve.
