This trendy appetizer tastes like a jalapeno popper turned inside out, mildly spicy slices of jalapeno smothered in a cheese blend and topped with crispy golden panko, a true family favorite with almost no effort.
You’ll Need:
1- 8 oz pkg of Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Chopped Green Chilis (2 oz)
1/3 c. Sliced (Pickled) Jalapenos
1/4 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Panko Bread Crumbs
In a small bowl combine the cream cheese and mayo until smooth, add the chilis, jalapenos, and cheeses, mixing well. Spread the dip into ramekins and then sprinkle with panko.
Bake at 375F for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Chef’s Note: If you would prefer to make a low-fat version, you can easily swap the cream cheese for low-fat or neufchatel cheese & substitute the mayo with Low-fat mayo.
I Cannot wait to make this! What a great idea! So excited about this website!
I got everything for this yesterday! I am so excited to try it out! Don’t know if I should make it tonight or wait for company to make it!
Looks delicious, I’ll be making this for a friend of mine at game night!
This is SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! Thanks for such a great recipe!
Had this during the football gathering and everyone just loved it. Yea, for great dip.
What do you mean by pickled jalapeno’s?
You can either use the ones that come in a jar, like you put on nachos, or I use fresh jalapenos alot too. Either way turns out awesome.
SO GOOD.. I add garlic (garlicaholic here) and a few thinly sliced green onions. Gives a little something different. Make this ALOT!!!
