Craving a rich chocolatey shake that tastes like a Wendy’s Frosty? Try this delicious “Skinny Shake” – a chocolate shake that is actually GOOD for you and won’t cause you to pack on the pounds while you enjoy it.
This shake has around 100 calories, but offers tons of flavor and really hits the spot if you’re craving something chocolately sweet! For an extra burst of protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
You’ll Need:
3/4 cup Almond Milk
about 15 ice cubes
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 of Ripe Banana
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Other Variations:
Omit the Cocoa Powder and add 1/2 c. Fresh Strawberries
