Pasta salad is always a summertime favorite, but add a few delectable shrimp and sprinkle it liberally with sun-dried tomato feta cheese crumbles and you’ll have yourself an amazing Shrimp Pasta salad your friends will rave about . . .

You’ll Need:
1 lb box of Pasta
1 lb Cooked Shrimp
1 c. frozen Peas, thawed
1/2 Red Onion, Diced
Sun Dried Tomato Feta Cheese Crumbles
2 c. Ranch Dressing (or more to your taste preference)

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and rinse well under cold running water. Drain thoroughly in a colander. Transfer to a large bowl and add peas, diced onion, shrimp and ranch dressing. Stir well to incorporate the dressing evenly throughout the salad. Sprinkle the Sun-dried tomato feta crumbles liberally over the entire top of the salad.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours prior to serving for best flavor.
