These no-fail wings will have the neighbors calling you a grill master in no time flat! Tender, marinated wings in a lightly spicy lip-smacking sauce!
Wings:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
3 pounds chicken wings
Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup your favorite hot pepper sauce (we use Frank’s), or to taste
Combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, Italian dressing, and chicken wings in a large, ziplock bag or marinating dish. Seal and shake to coat, marinate minimum of 4 hours.
Preheat the Grill
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and the hot pepper sauce, mixing well. Remove from heat. (alternatively, this can be mixed together in the microwave too)
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry, (draining on paper towels works well)
Cook the wings on the preheated grill, until the chicken is well browned and no longer pink. (about 5 minutes per side)
Place grilled wings in a large bowl. Pour wing sauce over wings; and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately
