Flu season will soon be in full swing and it’s hard to think of food when you aren’t feeling well! Here are some healthy anti-nausea popsicles that you can make ahead of time for those moments when you or the little ones aren’t feeling well and still need to get some (yummy!) nutrition. . .

anti-nausea-pops
You’ll Need:
3 cups of strawberries, quartered
1 cup of blueberries
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup of apple juice
1 (individual serving) vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
1 Tbs fresh grated ginger

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and pulse briefly. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups and add popsicle sticks. To get popsicle sticks to stay in the middle, cover the paper cups with plastic wrap and poke a hole in the center, insert a stick. Freeze until solid.

These anti-nausea popsicles are perfect for soothing morning sickness, tummy aches in little ones and during the flu when you can’t seem to keep anything down.

If you’re battling the flu, consider this Highly Effective Cure . . .
