As a wonderful alternative to chicken or the nearly unaffordable beef, as of late, try this flavorful Orange Glazed Pork chop recipe.

You’ll Need:
1 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
4-6 large pork chops

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients (except the pork) and whisk well until fully incorporated. Place the pork chops in a gallon size ziplock-style bag and pour the marinade over the top.

Seal closed, removing as much air as possible. If you’d like to make this recipe ahead of time, it can now be frozen until a later date, otherwise, place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

To Enjoy, remove from the fridge and grill the meat on a preheated (aka HOT!!) grill.

Alternatively, they can be baked in a shallow pan for 20-25 minutes at 375F

This tastes great with grilled taters or rosemary roasted potatoes, etc.

  1. This looks yummy! I do not have soy sauce. Does any one have an idea what to use as Substitute ? I thought maybe just using some extra salt might do.

    What do you think?
