We love One Pot dishes- easy, delicious, minimal mess meals that take less than 30 minutes and only 1 dish to prepare! Here’s a delectable Smoked Sausage Spirali dish the entire family will love…

You’ll Need
1 pound spirali or fusilli Pasta, uncooked
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 3/4″ slices
2 cloves minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 (10 oz) can crushed tomatoes (undrained)
1 cup cheddar jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large skillet brown the sausage over medium heat , then add garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.

Add chicken broth and the undrained can of tomatoes, stir, then add cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce reaches a boil add the pasta, stir, cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer this delicious mix for about 12-15 minutes until pasta is cooked al dente.

Remove from heat sprinkle the cheese on top and serve immediately.
