Less than 30 minutes to a healthy, delicious stir-fry of fresh broccoli florets and tender sesame seasoned chicken with just a hint of garlic.
* 1 Lb Chicken Breast, Sliced against the grain into thin strips
* 3-4 c. fresh Broccoli Florets & stems cut into small pieces
* 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
* 3 Tbs COLD water
* 2 – 4 Tbs Sesame Oil
* 2 Tsp cornstarch
* 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
* 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Mix cornstarch and cold water together, set aside.
Cook the Chicken and broccoli in the skillet for about 5 minutes (chicken will be nice and browned) Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce, sesame oil & garlic powder, stir, add cornstarch/water mix and simmer for an additional 5 minutes
* Serve over rice for a complete & nutritious meal that will feed 4-6 easily!
