Week #31 Grocery Notes: The sweltering days of summer still haven’t let up, the heat is still incredible! This weeks menu is once again based cooler eating, cooking on the grill, munching salads and fruit and staying out of the dat gum kitchen.
Groceries for the week included lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, radishes, hot dogs, steaks, celery, potatoes, plums, corn on the cob, carrots, bacon, broccoli, milk and bread. Total cost for the week, $45.12 .

August 1st- August 7th

MondayAugust 1st:

* Breakfast: Blueberry Ginger Smoothies
* Lunch: Chef Salad w/ Homemade Croutons
* Dinner: Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Chipotle Mayo, Salad

Tuesday
August 2nd:

* Breakfast: Cereal
* Lunch: Dylan’s Ramen Cuisine, Grape Salad
* Dinner: Grilled Halibut, Coleslaw, Grilled Potatoes

WednesdayAugust 3rd:

* Breakfast: Chocolate Sugared Donuts, Coffee
* Lunch: BLT’s, Grape Salad
* Dinner: Chili, Cornbread & Salad

ThursdayAugust 4th

* Breakfast: Campfire taters, Egg Scramble (Eggs, Onions, Green Peppers, Cheese)
* Lunch: Macaroni Salad
* Dinner: Burgers, Chips & Dip, Corn on the Cob

FridayAugust 5th:

* Breakfast: Bacon Egg McMuffins
* Lunch: Grilled Ham & Cheese, Macaroni salad
* Dinner: Grilled Steak w/ Montreal Seasoning, Foil Taters (taters, onions, garlic, seasoning)

SaturdayAugust 6th:

* Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes
* Lunch: Boston Baked Beans, Hot Dogs, Brown Bread, coleslaw
* Dinner: Cooks choice (Which means, SOMEONE is taking me out to dinner)

SundayAugust 7th:

* Breakfast: Just Middles
* Lunch: Leftover Baked Beans, Coleslaw
* Dinner: Grilled Pork chops, Fan potatoes, steamed broccoli

Various Snacks & Dessert Items:

* Onion Dip & Chips
* Fresh Fruit- Banana’s, Plums, Strawberries
* Pickled Eggs
* Hard Cheese (Jalapeno Pepper Jack, Sharp Cheddar), Crackers
* Strawberry Jello Cake
* Heath Bar Crunch Ice Cream
* Grape Salad

Drinks included:

* Iced Tea (Sweet Tea)
* Coffee
* Lemonade
* Copycat Gatorade
* CopyCat Arizona Green Tea
