A few things I’d like to share: I know that many families enjoy soft drinks (soda/pop), but we very very rarely purchase soda. I find it deplorably sweet, lousy for the teeth, bad on the budget and full of empty calories. (Don’t even get me started on artificial sweeteners! lol). For the most part, we drink mainly water, iced tea, coffee and lemonade.

Did you know, that if you cut 2 glasses of soda from your daily diet, you’d lose 24 pounds in just 1 year?!
