4 cups thinly sliced Potatoes
2/3 cup minced Onion
3 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 cups Milk
2/3 c. chicken stock

Place potatoes in 9x13 pan.

Melt butter in saucepan, add onions, saute lightly, add flour, whisking till smooth, add broth and milk. Continue whisking over medium heat until bubbling lightly on the edges and thickened.

Pour over thinly sliced potatoes, bake at 350 for 40 minutes
