    Here’s one of my favorite chicken salad recipes. It’s wonderful for wraps, or on pita bread. It tastes best the second day, after all the flavors have had a chance to mingle.

    * 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cooked and diced
    * 1 stalk celery, diced
    * 2 green onions, chopped
    * 1 Golden Delicious apple – peeled, cored and diced
    * 1/3 cup golden raisins
    * 1/3 cup seedless green grapes, halved
    * 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    * 3/4 cup light mayonnaise

    Mix mayo, black pepper, and curry powder together in a small bowl. In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, onions, apple pieces, and pecans, fold in curried mayo. Gently fold in the halved grapes. This Chicken salad makes wonderful wraps.
