    Hi from Ontario, Canada
I just joined this site a few days ago cause I would like to spend less, cook more and be so organized that nothing will ever get lost and our buget will never go over again! I know I’m dreaming big, so I will start small, like cook more, spend less going out and maybe get that junk drawer organized, also menu plan for next week 🙂

Hi Maggie, welcome to the site! Yes, Start Small and work up or you might get overwhelmed and just say to heck with it all. Start by menu planning ahead just 3 days, then work up. It makes a big difference.

We sometimes have “alternative” meals planned now because you never know what the temp is going to be and whether you’ll feel like eating something semi-heavy.

Thanks for the advise. I will start small. I was impressed with myself for using my slow cooker on Saturday, which made enough for both suppers for saturday and sunday. I also managed to stay on track and used a receipe of yours for blue berry muffins today.

So happy cause I probably would have ended up throwing out those blueberries tomarrow if they had been left. So a great beginning to the week!

Success! Got my junk drawer done this week! Got my meal plan done for the upcoming week. And my bonus is that I got my fridge cleaned out and organized, which really shows what is still good and fresh and anything expired is gone.

Next week the big tackle will be filing and the top of my desk. Wish me luck!
